Production

From the wide range of our products we would like to single out generator housings and transformer housings, steel structures, galvanized gratings, metal moulds, spark arresters, mufflers, heat exchangers and fuel tanks.

We are especially proud of creating machines for processing granite and marble, which are the result of our team of experts' years of work. We are able to fully equip the stone masonry workshops. The quality and robustness of our machines stand side by side with renowned European manufacturers.

Equipment

Komet ltd has the following important equipment :

• Hidraulic shears 4000 mm long x 16 mm thickness of cut, 3000 mm x 13 mm, and 2500 mm x 6 mm
• Hidraulic presses 300 tons x 4000 mm, and 160 tons x 4000 mm
• Circuit benders with bending width of 3000 mm and thickness of up to 6 mm, 1500 mm x 10 mm and 2500 mm x 10 mm and profile benders
• Automatic (2,5 m x 6 m) and two hand shotgun (13 m x 6 m x 6 m) for shot blasting steel sheets, profiles and finished products
• Bridge cranes with capacity of 40 tons, 16 tons, 10 tons capacity and 5 tons a total of 19 pieces
• Two auto cranes of 6.5 tons capacity,       forklifts of 12, 7, 5 and 3 tones capacity.
• Over 100 welding machines – MIG, MAG, TIG, SMAW
• Radial drills and eccentric presses (up to 125 tons)
• Two pieces of CNC plasma cutters(6 m x 2.5 m)
• Machining – CNC lathes, saws, milling machines, CNC horizontal boring /milling machine (Borwerk), and CNC machining center
• Painting space with five termal cabins for paintig (8 m x 5 m x 4.5 m)
• Welding robot
